this angle and difficult to actually notice it.

DIRECTIONS:
From Lone Pine, CA / Hwy.395
(At the only stop light in town)
Turn west on Whitney Portal Road
In 2 1/2 miles turn on Movie Road
Take Movie Flat Road 1 1/2 mile
Stay right at the Y in the road and
park at the first pull-out on the left
(You can see the Heart Arch)
Walk northwest down into the wash
Mobius Arch is north about 100 yards

Trail towards Mobius Arch
From the Heart Arch Parking Area, follow this
trail across the wash and then walk north.

NOTE:
It can be easier to get confused when returning
towards your vehicle. You can see the parking
area and try to cut a straight line back, but there
is a big wash between you and the road, will walk
twice as far and through rougher terrain. (Stay a
little bit west from the rock piles and it will be
smooth sailing)

ROAD CONDITIONS
Whitney Portal Road is paved.
Movie Flat Road is a maintained
dirt surface with washboards.
