CAMPGROUND
Good campground, but should be avoided
weekends and hollidays.(OHV area)
GREEN SPRINGS CAMPGROUND
Green Springs is a horse camp with corrals.
Nice camp area. Picnic tables, firepits, and
outhouse. There is a water troft for the horses.
Just before the main campground, there is
another little camp area.
Green Springs Campground is on the edge
of Yolla Bolly Wilderness. Green Springs
Trailhead is located at the campground.
Road M2
2 miles north from the Jct. of Road M-21
Turn right and campground about 1/2 mile

Hammerhorn Lake
HAMMERHORN LAKE CAMPGROUND

Hammerhorn Lake Campground is very nice.
On Hammerhorn Lake...
Picnic tables, firerings, BBQ grills, outhouses,
and drinking water. No garbage service.
There are some small piers on the lake.
Long drive on narrow and rough roads.
Deer and wildlife everywhere. There are
posted warnings for bears and rattle snakes

HOWARD MEADOW CAMPGROUND
About 1/4 mile from Howard Lake. Kind
of secluded. Not on the map. From Little
Doe Campground, take the road towards
Howard Lake. Some parts of the road are
very rough.

Right on Howard Lake. Great campground.
Picnic tables, metal firerings and stoves.
There is an outhouse. No garbage service.
From Little Doe Campground, there is a
sign that points towards Howard Lake.
Some parts of the road are very rough.

This is the only marker and is hard to see.

Up the road from Kingsley Campground
KINGSLEY GLADE CAMPGROUND
Kingsley Glade Campground is on n Road#24N01
Kind of beat up, but decent. Brick vaulted toilets.
Some picnic tables and firerings.
From Road M2, turn on Road#24N01
In 4 miles turn right. It is about 1/8 mile of rough,
dirt road. Barb wire around the meadow area.
The campround is unmarked, with the exception
of one little moss covered sign... see photos.
