Reservoir, but we didn't actually make
it that far... until next year.

There is an outhouse near Devils Faucet.
Turn towards Onion Valley and just over
the rise of the hill. There are some possible
primitive camp areas near Devils Faucet.

There is a good chance you will see
wild horses and burros. When you
see evidence(above photo), they are
in the area.

Hwy. 140 towards Denio Junction

DIRECTIONS:
From Winnemucca
Take Hwy.95 north
About 31 miles turn left on Hwy.140
About 50 miles is the turn for Onion Valley Res.

From Denio Junction
Take Hwy.149 south/east
The turn is about 10-15 miles...

From Denio Junction via Devils Faucet
Take Hwy.149 west
About 10 miles turn left...

There are very few road markers or names,
even with a good map, it is hard to know
exactly where you're at sometimes...

There are very limited services, so fill-up
your gas tanks, cuz' it could be a long
distance before the next stop.

Cheapest gas in Winnemucca
Gas at Denio Junction was over a
dollar extra per gallon...
